What You’ll Be Doing
In our busy multi-franchise workshop, variety is guaranteed. As a specialist, your focus will include:
- Premium Workload: Focus on new and used bikes from our Italian and Japanese manufacturers, ensuring they meet the highest standards before delivery.
- Complete Service: Carry out all aspects of motorcycle repair and maintenance, including routine servicing, accessory fitting, and complex diagnostics.
- Preparation & Quality: Ensure the timely and meticulous preparation of sales stock.
- MOT Testing: Conduct MOT tests on a wide range of motorcycles to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
Who You Are
We need an independent and efficient self-starter who is ready to commit to excellence during their hours on-site. You must be able to work unsupervised and be the master of your own workflow.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience is Key: A minimum of 2-3 years of technical experience with modern motorcycles, ideally gained in a franchised workshop environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Fully qualified as a Specialist Motorcycle Technician.
- Safety & Efficiency: The ability to work unsupervised in a safe, timely, and highly efficient manner.
- Mindset: A strong "can-do" attitude, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- MOT Qualification: A qualified MOT Tester is required for this role.
