Hours: Part-Time, Monday to Friday (08:30 – 12:30) | 20 hours per week
Salary: £13,500 per annum (Equivalent to a £27,000 full-time salary)

To help us maintain our high standards across our busy destination showroom, retail shop, and offices, we are looking for a reliable, proactive, and versatile Cleaner & Property Maintenance Assistant to join our close-knit team.
The Role:
This is a varied and hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of indoor cleaning and practical, outdoor maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring our customer-facing showrooms and staff office areas remain pristine, while also taking care of the general upkeep of our buildings and grounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Showroom & Office Cleaning: Daily cleaning across our showrooms, retail shop, and office spaces. Tasks include floor care, interior & exterior window cleaning, dusting displays, maintaining the staff kitchen, and ensuring customer toilets are spotless and fully stocked.
- General Building Maintenance: Handling small DIY tasks as they pop up to keep the facility in top shape—such as touching up paintwork, securing loose tiles, and fixing minor wear-and-tear items around the site.
- Grounds Maintenance: Keeping our outdoor presentation neat and tidy, including seasonal grass cutting and lawn care (all necessary machinery and tools will be provided by us).
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Tackling various random maintenance or assembly tasks as needed to support the dealership's daily operations.

- An Interest in Motorbikes (A Big Plus!): While not strictly mandatory, a passion for bikes means you’ll love working in an environment surrounded by the world's most iconic machinery every day.
- Eye for Detail: Someone who takes genuine pride in their work and notices the little details that keep a premium retail environment looking professional.
- Practical DIY Skills: Comfortable handling basic hand tools and managing small, everyday property maintenance tasks independently.
