What You'll Be Doing
As a Motorcycle Sales Executive at On Yer Bike in Aylesbury, you’ll be the face of our dealership. Reporting to the General Manager, you will:
- Turn customer dreams into reality by selling incredible new and used motorcycles.
- Guide customers through tailored finance packages, insurance, and essential riding accessories.
- Hit personal sales targets while delivering an exceptional, seamless customer experience.
- Keep long-term relationships thriving through excellent post-sale support.
Who You Are
- Driven by Passion: You’re ideally a keen rider who gets genuine excitement out of talking bikes all day.
- Auto/Moto Sales Background: You bring proven sales experience from the automotive or motorcycle industry (experience in a motorcycle dealership is a massive plus).
- Licensed Rider: You hold a full UK motorcycle licence (required).
- Built for the Busy Season: You bring high energy, rock-solid personal organization, and the ability to stay sharp when things get fast and furious during peak months.
- A Skilled Communicator: You know how to listen, advise, negotiate, and close sales without ever dropping the ball on customer service.
What We Offer

Salary: Up to £45,000.00 per year (uncapped potential based on performance and experience).

Location & Requirements
Location: In person at On Yer Bike, Aylesbury (HP18 0JX). Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate.
Licence: Full UK Motorbike Licence required.
