What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role on our shop floor, transforming how our customers experience buying their gear:

• Guide & Inspire: Help riders choose the ideal clothing, helmets, boots, and accessories tailored specifically to their riding style.
• Build Lasting Connections: Create warm, authentic relationships with customers who return to us time and again for your advice and expertise.
• Drive Success: Use your retail skills to uncover what customers need, share expert recommendations, and achieve team sales goals.
• Keep the Store Buzzing: Ensure the showroom floor looks top-tier, well-stocked, and ready to welcome every rider who walks through the door.
• Support Online Orders: Help pick, pack, and prepare web shop and eBay orders so our online customers get their gear quickly and accurately.

Who You Are

You don't need to be a grand prix mechanic, but you do need a genuine enthusiasm for sales and helping people:

• A Natural Communicator: You’re approachable, confident, and love striking up conversations with everyday riders and enthusiasts alike.
• Sales-Minded & Proactive: You have proven retail or sales experience, with a drive to meet targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Team-Oriented: You thrive in a collaborative environment where everyone pitches in to keep the day running smoothly.
• Passionate About Bikes (or Keen to Learn): A love for motorcycles or protective kit is a massive plus, but a strong sales background and a positive attitude matter most.
