What You'll Be Doing

As an experienced Motorcycle Sales Executive specializing in Ducati Aylesbury and our Quality Used Inventory, you will report to the General Manager and:

• Drive Ducati & Used Bike Sales: Turn customer dreams into reality by selling new premium Ducati models alongside a diverse range of high-quality used motorcycles.
• Deliver Full Sales Packages: Guide customers through tailored finance packages, warranties, insurance, and essential riding gear/accessories.
• Exceed Targets: Hit personal and dealership sales targets while maintaining an exceptional, premium customer experience worthy of the Ducati brand.
• Manage Pipeline & Follow-ups: Proactively manage leads, negotiate, close sales, and keep long-term customer relationships thriving through top-tier post-sale support.

Who You Are

• Proven Sales Experience: You bring demonstrated, successful sales experience from the automotive or motorcycle industry (experience in a motorcycle dealership or working with premium/Italian brands is a massive plus).
• Driven by Passion: Ideally a keen rider who gets genuine excitement out of talking bikes, performance, and heritage all day.
• Licensed Rider: You hold a full UK motorcycle licence (required).
• Built for the Busy Season: You bring high energy, rock-solid personal organisation, and the ability to stay sharp when things get fast-paced during peak months.
• Expert Communicator: You know how to listen, advise, build rapport, negotiate, and close sales without ever dropping the ball on customer service.

What We Offer

• Salary: Up to £45,000.00 per year (uncapped commission potential based on performance and experience).
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.

Location & Requirements

Location: In person at On Yer Bike / Ducati Aylesbury (Aylesbury, HP18 0JX). Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate.

Licence: Full UK Motorbike Licence required.
