We are looking for someone who will be able to bring their passion and enthusiasm for motorcycles into our successful multi-franchise motorcycle business as a member of our Driving & Valeting team. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a flagship destination dealership working with some of the most successful and exciting brands in the motorcycle market today.
You will play an important role in our business, collecting, delivering and valeting bikes.
Ideally you will have previous experience within the motorcycle trade, but we are also willing to consider someone with a great attitude.
Full training will be provided.
In this customer facing role, you will genuinely want to take ownership of our customer’s needs, wants and desires and you will also want to get fully involved with dealership events and rides, both on and off site. We live and breathe motorcycles to us this is far more than just a place of work!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with the Sales Team and Technicians to ensure a smooth flow of work
- Meeting time driven targets
- Carrying out basic service washes
- Carrying out detailed full valeting of new and used stock
- Managing own workload & efficiencies
- Ensuring we exceed our customer expectations
- Correcting minor paintwork issues
- Motorcycle deliveries & collections
- Uncrating new motorcycles
Hours: 5 days a week, Monday – Saturday 08:30 to 17:30
