Motorcycle Parts & Accessories Advisor

Salary: From £26,000 per annum

Closing date: Sun 31st May 2026

Job Description

At On Yer Bike, we don’t just sell motorcycles; we fuel the passion, freedom, and adrenaline of the global riding community. We believe that every rider deserves a seamless experience, whether they are standing at our service counter or browsing our digital storefront from the other side of the country.

We represent the pinnacle of motorcycling—from the soul of Moto Guzzi and the precision of Kawasaki to the racing pedigree of Ducati and Aprilia. We are looking for a structured, digitally-native professional who understands that a perfectly managed parts department is the heartbeat of a dealership. If you want to bridge the gap between world-class mechanical service and modern e-commerce, your journey starts here.

The Role

This is a dual-focus role designed for a highly organised individual. You will be a key part of our Service Department’s parts supply chain while simultaneously assisting our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Parts Management: Accurately identifying, ordering, and managing stock for our workshop and retail customers across our four core brands.
  • Customer Excellence: Providing expert advice on accessories and performance parts to both in-store and online enquiries.
  • Organisation: Maintaining a structured, timely workflow to ensure the workshop never misses a beat and online orders are processed with precision.
  • E-commerce & Web: Listing new products and maintaining high-quality listings on our Shopify website and eBay store.
  • Digital Systems: Navigating Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS) to ensure stock levels and pricing are 100% accurate.

About You

You are a "process person" who loves motorcycles. You understand that a typo in a product listing or a delayed parts order affects a rider’s season, and you take pride in getting it right the first time.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Digital Proficiency: Strong experience with e-commerce platforms (ideally Shopify/eBay) and a natural comfort with digital tools.
  • Written English: Exceptional written communication skills for creating SEO-friendly product descriptions and professional customer emails.
  • Structure: Highly organised with a methodical approach to stock control and administrative tasks.
  • Experience: Previous experience in automotive/motorcycle parts is a significant advantage.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in motorcycles and the gear that goes with them will be a great benefit.

Why On Yer Bike?

Salary: From £26,000 per annum. (Negotiable based on experience)
